Indra Sistemas S.A. (Indra) will inform the user beforehand so that he/she can give his/her explicit consent to the processing of his/her data in order to manage the request made and provide the requested information. In such cases, the data is considered essential and will be used only for the purpose indicated in the clause of the data collection form. Likewise, the data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they are collected. Consequently, if the data is not provided, it will not be possible to send the requested information.

The user, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, may withdraw the consent given and exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and data portability, by sending a communication to dpo@indra.es; or by writing to: Privacy and Data Protection Office-Indra Sistemas S.A., Avenida de Bruselas, 33-35, Alcobendas, 28108 Madrid. Similarly, users are informed that they may lodge any claims they deem appropriate with the competent supervisory authority.
