At Indra, we make the difference thanks to significant R&D investment dedicated to these systems, focused on key elements such as optical terminals compatible with radio systems, ready for the communications of the future, as well as SATCOM communications.
Our onboard LOS communications technology equips any airborne platform with a protected radio link for the exchange of critical mission information with other airborne platforms, as well as land and naval systems.
RF terminals with AESA antennas enable beam pointing between different nodes while preserving the platform’s aerodynamics. Compact radios suitable for large, medium and UAV/Remote Carrier platforms, based on SDR technology, allow the use of current and future waveforms.

The scalable SDR-based modem supports the use of multiple waveforms, both current and future: standard waveforms for high-bandwidth communications combined with protected waveforms for conflict scenarios.
