Our portfolio of ground-based radar solutions, featuring different technologies and product families, follows this approach, covering all areas of Air Defence and dual-use applications — from Space Defence to short-range Anti-Air Defence.
Radar solutions for comprehensive defence
In the space domain, Indra’s S3T system is a modular and scalable ground-based Full AESA radar that provides surveillance and tracking of small objects in LEO orbits up to 2,000 km.
For Air Sovereignty Defence, Indra’s LANZA 3D radar family is an international benchmark and a key component of NATO’s Air Defence in Europe. It includes fixed and deployable early-warning and gap-filler configurations, incorporating the latest technologies in the sector, including Tactical Ballistic Missile (TBM) defence capability.
For Point Defence, the new MTR radar family offers a multifunction solution based on Full AESA technology, enabling rapid response to close-range threats that require shorter refresh times, such as cruise missiles, drones, and C-RAM.
This radar family is designed to be modular and scalable, providing solutions ranging from highly deployable systems associated with short- and medium-range GBAD, to very long-range solutions that contribute to more effective missile defence.
Additionally, Indra offers various dual-use radar solutions that meet ICAO and EUROCONTROL international standards, enabling surveillance and control of both civil and military air traffic, even in the presence of wind farms and intentional ECM interference.
